meet the owner.

After working as a preschool director and then a wedding coordinator, a strong desire for a more professional career developed within me. In 2009, I began working in a local salon. I soon discovered my love and talent for assisting clients in finding the perfect style for expressing themselves. While my journey began by only working a couple of days a week after my apprenticeship, the demand for my services grew to the point that I had the opportunity to open Rachel Rowell Salon in downtown Daphne, Alabama. Initially it was just me, but I quickly realized I wanted to expand my salon beyond its initial size. I determined that not only did I want more stylists, but I also desired to mentor them in their careers. I love to share my knowledge of the latest trends in hair and to teach them about the business side of this ever evolving industry. Our team at Rachel Rowell Salon continues to grow and offers a multitude of services, so we'll look forward to inspiring you to feel beautiful, both inside and out.
