Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to Rachel Rowell Salon. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Children's Policy We want all of our clients to have a relaxing experience while they are at the salon. They have set aside time in which they want, and deserve to feel pampered. Please leave children ages eight or younger that do not have a scheduled appointment at home during your visit. If you should need to bring your child with you, we ask that they can sit quietly in the waiting area during the time you are here. This way everyone can enjoy their stay while they are with us.
